Sales Executive – Renewable Energy Solutions – €50,000 - €80,000 (base salary) + bonus

Piper Maddox is seeking a Sales Executive for a company focused on the renewable energy industry throughout Europe. This organization specializes in developing software solutions for asset monitoring and microgrid management systems to enhance solar energy accessibility and facilitate the transition to sustainable energy.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market footprint and driving both national and international sales expansion. You will cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, comprehend their requirements, and provide customized solutions that further their renewable energy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales process from start to finish.
  • Build your own sales pipeline across various regions and emerging markets through proactive outreach and inbound inquiries.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to meet organizational objectives.
  • Identify and connect with prospective clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to remain informed about industry developments and competitor movements.
  • Provide insights on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of selling to the Utilities sector, including consulting firms, municipal utilities, and energy service providers.
  • Successful experience in establishing new markets, covering all facets of the sales process - from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing, dynamic business or startup environment.
  • Fluency in German (C1 level or higher).
