Careforce is a leading healthcare recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience in finding the right specialists for our clients. We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager in the Hematology department.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Key Account Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Hematology and/or Dermatology. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing programs to support patients, collaborating with the local healthcare system to improve treatment outcomes, and developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement programs to support patients and improve treatment outcomes
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Develop and execute strategies for key customers, including developing concrete plans and objectives
  • Drive business growth and revenue expansion through the introduction of new products and market launches
  • Lead and develop local strategic customer relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and execute projects to support customers, leading to improved treatment outcomes and establishing Blueprint Medicines as a key partner in the product area

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Biotechnology (preferably)
  • At least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Hematology and/or Dermatology is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships across various customer types in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of the national healthcare system and local and therapy-specific guidelines that influence decision-making
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to build productive relationships and partnerships with others within the organization to ensure a shared understanding of goals and objectives
