Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Virtual Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the overall customer relationship, ensuring customer success, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and customer success
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services, to ensure seamless customer experience
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and renewal of SAP Signavio solutions
- Act as a liaison between Product Management and customers to drive product development and improvements
- Share customer insights and best practices with SAP Signavio strategists to inform product development and business strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective customer success strategies
- Experience with SAP Signavio or similar business process management solutions is a plus
- Proficient in English and German languages
About the Role
This is a parental leave cover with a limited contract. All SAP locations in Germany are possible. The role will involve working in a cross-functional team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and engaging with customers to drive business growth and customer success.
