About the Role

  • Provide expert-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools to clients experiencing software and hardware issues.
  • Assist clients with handling and application issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, providing initial solutions through remote support.
  • Prioritize, classify, and document faults in client-dependent ticket systems, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service quality.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in 1st or 2nd level support, with a strong background in Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and mobile devices.
  • Excellent knowledge of ticket and remote tools, with a keen eye for documentation and process improvement.
  • Advanced knowledge of standard hardware and ITIL principles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent German and English skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
