Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting complex issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve customer technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reproduce customer environments and run tests to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently to ensure timely resolution of customer problems
  • Liaise between sales teams, customer success teams, and customers to address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Aeronautical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of ATA 31, ATA 27, ATA 26, and ATA 32 standards
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
