Your Responsibilities:
  • Managing a reinsurance treaty portfolio for primary insurers in Italy
  • Evaluating reinsurance requests and conducting comprehensive risk evaluations
  • Determining premium rates and aiding in the decision-making process
  • Overseeing treaty documentation and administrative tasks
  • Keeping abreast of the insurance and reinsurance landscapes in the region
  • Fostering robust client relationships
  • Performing analyses to develop tailored reinsurance solutions for clients
What We Seek:
  • A quantitative degree in economics, mathematics, or business management
  • Experience in the insurance or financial industry
  • Fluency in English, German, and Italian
  • Openness to travel for business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
