The Role
Our sales team comprises driven individuals who excel at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. We are looking for candidates with a sophisticated consultative approach and a clear sales strategy. This is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to make a substantial contribution to our growth. You will focus on engaging C-Level executives from untapped companies, playing a crucial role in converting leads into well-structured, value-oriented meetings, negotiating contracts, and achieving successful closures.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Generating leads among C-level and senior management through cold outreach and professional networking, and conducting sales meetings.
- Leading your prospects through a consultative sales journey, managing the entire negotiation and closing process, and ensuring a smooth transition to the Client Services team.
- Utilizing your business acumen to comprehend and navigate the needs of potential clients while effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Employing our CRM system to design efficient campaigns and reports that enhance productivity and support the attainment of sales targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.
- A successful track record in sales or business development, particularly in commercial negotiations with C-level decision-makers.
- A strong understanding of business principles and the current market landscape.
- The personal credibility and presence to engage with C-level executives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to craft and deliver persuasive arguments to an executive audience.
- Outstanding time management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

In compliance with regulations, all hires must verify their identity and eligibility to work in Germany and complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon joining. Candidates must be able to work on-site in our Frankfurt office. IBISWorld does not cover relocation expenses.
