Join Our Cloud Growth StrategyWe are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive the sustainable relationship and selling with our esteemed customers Henkel, PHOENIX Pharma, Merck, and LANXESS. As a key member of our Cloud Growth team, you will be accountable for driving revenue within these customers, leading a common account strategy, and collaborating closely with our Cloud and Software sales reps, marketing, and technical teams to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain senior relationships with C-Level executives at Henkel, PHOENIX Pharma, Merck, and LANXESS to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships, primarily on a business and IT level, and in the area of executive management relationships.
- Lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.
- Develop relationships and collaborate with our partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.
- Drive Platform selling approach and promote Oracle products to selected customers, partners, and internal audiences, focusing on both Cloud and SW/On-premise workloads.
- Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities on the targeted account or provide opportunity support for Prime Sales teams and Partner Sales teams within your territory.
- Collaborate with our technical team to develop and deliver customized solutions for customers.
- Encourage and support the adoption and consumption of our IT operation management as well as monitoring in the cloud.
- Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant Oracle LOBs to ensure resources are available when required.
We're looking for a customer-centric individual with a passion for sales and technology. Your skills and experience should include:
- Strong connections to relevant stakeholders at Henkel, PHOENIX Pharma, Merck, and LANXESS.
- Customer-oriented with a strong interest in technology and sales.
- A proven track record of success in developing a sales strategy for a single customer, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
- Able to outline the full Oracle Cloud picture and identify real use-cases for Cloud in the customer that drive value for the customer and can lead to rapid expansion of original deals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in German and English.
