Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Infosys. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, relationship building, and deal negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.

Account Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.

Business Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business growth strategies, including market analysis, competitor research, and sales forecasting.

Negotiation and Deal Closure

Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, including market expansion, new product development, and process improvement.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders on business growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12-20 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
