We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager at AVANTGARDE Talents GmbH.

  • Responsible for identifying market trends and customer needs through communication with existing and new clients, as well as cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Developing strategies for the product/service portfolio in the data and measurement products sector.
  • Expanding the client base through business development activities and participation in industry events.
  • Collaborating closely with product marketing on market messages, marketing initiatives, pricing models, and product success plans.
  • Supporting commercial teams in increasing revenue in new/existing markets.
  • We are looking for a candidate with a successful academic background and a minimum of five years of experience in the advertising and/or marketing technology industry.
  • Experience in direct collaboration with advertisers or agencies on data-driven marketing topics.
  • A keen interest in the media industry with a willingness to explore new ideas in media technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising systems and business models.
  • Ability to create value for customers through problem-solving and technology deployment, and adapt to various customer disciplines - such as marketing, media, IT, research, etc.
  • Confidence and proficiency in presentations.
