About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our sales and recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Sales and Recruitment: Work closely with our recruitment team to identify and fill job openings, and to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Growth: Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
