About the Role

Frost & Sullivan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development professional to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver business intelligence and advisory services that meet client needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through telesales, online approaches, and in-person client meetings.
  • Utilize CRM tools and MS Office to manage sales pipeline, track client interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Fluency in English and German languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms.
