Sales Director

ELP Consult Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director - Energy Solutions to lead our sales team in the energy sector. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans and strategies aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the Sales Team: Motivate and guide the sales team to develop customer relationships, increase market share, and achieve sales revenue targets.
- Forecast and Manage Sales Quotas: Forecast and create annual sales quotas to determine sales objectives and manage the sales team to achieve them.
- Establish Strong Business Relationships: Establish and nurture strong business relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Design Customer Satisfaction Programs: Design programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage in Effective Sales Negotiations: Engage in effective sales negotiations, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market research and align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the solar energy industry.
- Success in Achieving Sales Targets: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and guide the sales team.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with proficiency in speaking and writing.
