Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams? We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Meliá Hotels International.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across our hotels in Germany.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to set and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
- Create budgets aligned with business plans and action plans for different markets.
- Represent Meliá Hotels International and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable sales leadership role.
- Excellent command of German and English, with knowledge of Spanish a plus.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a passion for customer contact.
- Ability to work with numbers and drive business growth.
