ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Knowledge Analyst specializing in Cost Excellence at BCG, you will be an integral part of a dynamic global team, delivering functional expertise and insights. Collaborating closely with case and proposal teams, you will provide valuable knowledge assets, in-depth analysis, and expert advisory services. Your role will position you as a thought partner and content authority, assisting in structuring and resolving intricate challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Conducting comprehensive cost analysis, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency enhancement within corporate functions such as Finance and HR.

• Providing remote support for ad-hoc inquiries and participating in full staffing on modules or cases, including occasional client site engagements.

• Mastering BCG's methodologies and tools to deliver original cost analyses, including benchmarking, and contributing to problem-solving discussions with case teams.

• Ability to codify knowledge and maintain assets and tools in collaboration with consultants and analytics teams.

QUALIFICATIONS


• A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience relevant to corporate functions; candidates with consulting backgrounds are preferred.

• Alternatively, at least 3 years of industry experience is required, with 4-6 years being strongly preferred.

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is favored.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders in a global collaborative environment.
