ROLE OVERVIEW

As a **Senior Knowledge Analyst** within the **Technology and Digital Advantage** sector at **Boston Consulting Group**, you will be part of a dynamic global team, delivering insights and expertise in **Technology and Digital Solutions** within the **Healthcare** industry. Your role will involve collaborating with case and proposal teams to create valuable knowledge assets, conduct thorough analyses, and provide expert advisory services. You will act as a trusted advisor and content specialist, aiding in the resolution of intricate challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your contributions will include:

  • Addressing client challenges by developing relevant research methodologies and analytical strategies in **Technology and Digital** for the healthcare sector.
  • Documenting knowledge and managing resources and tools tailored to various client scenarios in the technology and digital landscape.
  • Engaging effectively with senior stakeholders, demonstrating credibility and confidence in your communications.
  • Collaborating seamlessly within a team, often in virtual settings, and exhibiting proficiency in agile methodologies.
  • Exhibiting flexibility and a curious mindset, open to exploring new ideas and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Navigating through complexity and uncertainty with ease.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of **2 years** of consulting experience in relevant **digital, technology, or IT** fields; preference will be given to candidates with consulting backgrounds.
  • If lacking consulting experience, at least **3 years** of industry experience is required, with **4-6+ years** being strongly preferred.
  • A **Bachelor's Degree** is mandatory (an advanced degree is advantageous).
  • Fluency in **English** and **German** is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders in a global collaborative environment.

As a **Senior Knowledge Analyst**, you will work closely with global topic leaders and colleagues across BCG, bringing your expertise to serve our clients effectively. Our team comprises a diverse range of knowledge professionals, enabling us to pursue exciting and innovative career paths in knowledge management.

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT

The **Knowledge Team** (KT) is composed of functional and industry experts who leverage deep domain knowledge to provide insights for case teams and clients. KT members are integrated into BCG's practice areas, aligning with strategic objectives and developing cutting-edge intellectual property and data tools to deliver valuable insights.

Members of the Knowledge Team are involved in casework, co-creating insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivering proprietary data or tools, and conducting complex market research and analysis. KT members also contribute to business development and proposals, organizing and codifying knowledge that empowers BCG to deliver exceptional business value to its clients.
