ROLE OVERVIEW

As a **Senior Knowledge Analyst** within the **Technology and Digital Advantage** sector at **Boston Consulting Group**, you will be an integral part of a dynamic global team. Your primary focus will be to deliver expertise and insights in **Technology and Digital** within the **Healthcare** domain. Collaborating closely with case and proposal teams, you will provide valuable knowledge assets, perform in-depth analysis, and offer expert advisory services. Your role will involve acting as a thought partner and content authority, assisting in the structuring and resolution of complex challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will:

  • Address client challenges by developing relevant research and analytical strategies in the **Technology and Digital** healthcare space.
  • Systematize knowledge and maintain resources and tools tailored to the technology and digital landscape in healthcare, adapting to various client scenarios.
  • Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, communicating with credibility and confidence.
  • Collaborate efficiently within a team environment, often in virtual settings, and demonstrate proficiency in agile methodologies.
  • Exhibit flexibility and a curious, innovative mindset, welcoming new ideas and proposing creative solutions.
  • Navigate through complexity and ambiguity with ease.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of **2 years** of consulting experience in relevant digital, technology, or IT fields; preference will be given to candidates with consulting backgrounds.
  • If lacking consulting experience, at least **3 years** of industry experience is required, with **4-6 years** being strongly preferred.
  • A **Bachelor's Degree** is mandatory, with an advanced degree being advantageous.
  • Fluency in **English** and **German** is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders in a global collaborative environment.

As a **Senior Knowledge Analyst**, you will work alongside global topic leaders and colleagues throughout **BCG**, leveraging expertise and capabilities to serve our internal and external clients. Our team comprises a diverse array of knowledge professionals, providing opportunities for exciting and innovative knowledge-driven careers.

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT

The **Knowledge Team** (KT) is composed of functional and industry specialists who utilize deep domain knowledge to generate insights for case teams and clients. KT members are aligned with **BCG's Practice Areas**, contributing to strategic initiatives and developing cutting-edge intellectual property, data tools, and assets to deliver valuable insights.

Members of the Knowledge Team are engaged in casework, co-creating insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivering proprietary data or tools, and conducting complex market research and analysis. Additionally, KT members support business development and proposals, helping to organize and codify the knowledge that enables **BCG** to provide exceptional business value to its clients.
