ROLE OVERVIEW

As a **Senior Knowledge Analyst** within the **Technology and Digital Advantage** division at **Boston Consulting Group**, you will be an integral part of a dynamic global team. Your primary focus will be to deliver insights and expertise in **Technology and Digital** solutions specifically tailored for the **Healthcare** sector. Collaborating closely with case and proposal teams, you will contribute to the development of knowledge assets, perform in-depth analyses, and provide expert advisory services. Your role will position you as a trusted partner and content authority, aiding teams in navigating and resolving intricate challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will:

  • Address client challenges by devising relevant research methodologies and analytical strategies within the realm of **Technology and Digital** in healthcare.
  • Systematize knowledge and manage assets and tools pertinent to technology and digital applications in healthcare, adapting to various client scenarios.
  • Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, presenting information in a credible and confident manner.
  • Collaborate efficiently within a team environment, often in virtual settings, demonstrating proficiency in agile methodologies.
  • Exhibit flexibility and a creative mindset, welcoming new ideas and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Skillfully navigate through complexity and uncertainty.
QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of **2 years** of consulting experience in relevant **digital**, **technology**, or **IT** fields; preference will be given to candidates with consulting backgrounds.
  • If lacking consulting experience, at least **3 years** of industry experience is required, with **4-6+ years** being strongly preferred.
  • A **Bachelor's Degree** is mandatory, with an advanced degree being advantageous.
  • Fluency in **English** and **German** is essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders in a global collaborative environment.
TEAM DYNAMICS

As a **Senior Knowledge Analyst**, you will work alongside global topic leaders and colleagues throughout **BCG**, contributing your expertise and capabilities to serve our clients effectively. Our team comprises a diverse range of knowledge roles, enabling us to pursue exciting and innovative knowledge careers.

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT

The **Knowledge Team** (KT) consists of functional and industry specialists who leverage their deep domain expertise to provide insights for case teams and clients. KT members are integrated into **BCG's Practice Areas**, contributing to strategic initiatives and developing cutting-edge intellectual property and data tools to deliver valuable insights.

Members of the **Knowledge Team** are actively involved in case work, co-creating insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivering proprietary data or tools, and conducting complex market research and analysis. Additionally, KT members support business development and proposals, playing a crucial role in organizing and codifying knowledge that empowers **BCG** to deliver exceptional business value to its clients.
