Position Overview

As an Outbound Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison for potential customers, guiding them in their search for the perfect products for their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through personalized conversations to address their inquiries and recommend appropriate partners without the need for cold outreach.
  • Establish Aroundhome as a trusted advisor in home-related matters, fostering strong customer relationships through knowledgeable support.
  • Utilize your enthusiasm for customer service and a positive demeanor to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to further develop your skills and expand your role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or call center environments, ideally within retail, hospitality, or food service sectors.
  • Proficient in the German language, with good to excellent communication skills.
  • Recognized for your friendly nature, enjoyment of phone interactions, and strong empathy.
  • Possess a contagious positive attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Appreciate a culture of open feedback, reliability, and teamwork.

The gross monthly salary for this role is €2,250, with an additional variable compensation of €200. A structured salary increase plan is in place for long-term growth.
