About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
