Information Security Manager

As a key member of our team at WM Gruppe, you will take charge of the implementation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) within the IT division. Your role will involve:
- Establishing and maintaining security protocols to safeguard our information assets.
- Overseeing IT security infrastructure, including Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Security Operations Center (SOC), and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
- Monitoring our networks and systems for potential security incidents and threats.
- Conducting thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and testing emergency recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Responding to security breaches and performing forensic investigations as necessary.
- Integrating security requirements into IT projects and systems effectively.
- Assisting with audits and evaluations of our IT security measures.
- Providing training and awareness programs for employees to enhance security practices.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of network security, system administration, and security frameworks.
- A solid understanding of cloud security measures.
- Experience with various security tools and technologies, such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Anti-Malware, and SIEM solutions.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory standards for IT security, including DORA and ISO 27001.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and adaptation to emerging technologies and threats.
