Information Security Manager

About the Role
Eurex Repo GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Information Security Manager to join our team. As an Information Security Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our 1st Line of Defense activities, ensuring the security and compliance of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement information security strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and mitigate security threats.
- Monitor and report on security posture, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Manage IT application portfolio and classification process, ensuring alignment with security policies.
- Perform IDP Coordinator role, managing activities related to individual data processing.
- Interact with various stakeholders, including Eurex Group and Deutsche Börse Group.
Requirements
- University degree or comparable qualification in Information Technology and/or Information Security.
- Work experience in Information Security and Information Technology, preferably in the financial industry.
- Good understanding of regulatory landscape and ability to extend knowledge in this area.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High degree of teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good planning, prioritization, and tracking skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; good German language skills will be an asset.
