Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess business risks, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Analyze and evaluate business processes and project plans to ensure alignment with information security requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on information security matters, including data protection and emergency management.
- Support the development and implementation of incident response plans and business continuity strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in IT, data protection, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in information security, data protection, and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GDPR and BDSG.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant tools.
