Information Security Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Strategy Manager to join our team at MAM Gruppe. As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for leading strategic security engagements and advising clients on aligning security initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Security Advisory: Develop and implement tailored information security strategies for financial services clients, providing high-level guidance on regulatory compliance, risk management, and security frameworks specific to the financial industry.
- Client Engagement Management: Lead and manage multiple strategic consulting engagements within the financial services sector, serving as the main point of contact for clients and building strong relationships.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of security consultants, focusing on their development within the financial services context, and allocate resources to meet client needs and project goals.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for expanding security consulting services within the financial sector and support the sales team in proposal development and client presentations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Relevant Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications highly desirable.
- Experience: 4+ years in information security, with substantial experience in the financial services sector, and proven experience in developing security strategies and managing client engagements.
- Skills: Deep understanding of financial services regulations, risk management, and security standards such as DORA, MaRisk, ISO27001, and VAIT/BAIT, as well as strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client management skills.
