Junior Information Security Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Information Security Manager to join our Information Security and Data Protection Team at 360T. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Security Policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Ensure that all security policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct Security Audits and Risk Assessments
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Develop and implement plans to remediate identified security vulnerabilities.
- Manage Security Projects
- Lead and manage security projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
- Provide Security Awareness and Training
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to educate employees on security best practices and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on security-related matters.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments
- Stay current with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Apply knowledge and expertise to inform security strategies and decisions.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Junior Information Security Manager who possesses a strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
