Job Title: Automotive Business Development Manager

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking an experienced Automotive Business Development Manager to join our Global Automotive Business Development team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accelerate Allegro's revenue in the e-mobility segments xEV powertrain and ADAS in Europe by establishing and driving effective GtM strategies to maximize market potential.
  • Develop and drive effective regional and global GtM segment strategies to accelerate Allegro market share growth in e-mobility applications.
  • Partner with regional sales accounts team to explore and maintain the interface and relationship nurturing with key automotive partners/influencers.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to our e-mobility customers to help shape Allegro's future roadmaps and value propositions to meet market needs.
Requirements:
  • Ability to operate as part of a global business development team.
  • Ability to support the local and WW sales teams as needed.
  • Self-starter who is capable of navigating ambiguity and uncertainty to drive clear outcomes.
  • Aggressive with 'make it happen' mentality.
  • Results driven and able to influence internal as well as external teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (experience in dealing with diverse customers, cultures, and functions).
