Chief Marketing Execution Expert

SAP is seeking a seasoned Chief Expert Marketing Execution to lead our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the business requirements across marketing and customer experience for SAP digital properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to achieve Digital First experiences and operations for SAP.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership, IT leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with product engineering roadmaps and IT enterprise architecture roadmaps.
  • Lead the migration to AEM Cloud, defining the approach and workstreams, and orchestrating the delivery of AEM Cloud for SAP.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and martech vendor landscape, providing insights on the latest capabilities required across our core digital architecture.
  • Support the business to scope and define the uses cases for our digital roadmap that will have the highest impact.
  • Define digital solutions across content supply chain management, web management and delivery, digital asset management, and digital event experiences.
  • Provide business and technical leadership, bridging the gap between business need and IT capability and capacity.
  • Define governance principles and adherence for the 'buy vs. build' approach for our digital landscape.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital experience, marketing technology, Customer Data Platforms, Omni-channel Personalization, and digital signals and lead management processes.
  • Ability to manage complex organizational delivery and executive stakeholder management.
  • Ability to speak both with IT and Technical Leadership as well as Sales and Marketing Leadership.
  • Work experience within the high-tech industry and specifically SaaS based products.
