We are seeking a Senior Marketing Execution Specialist - Digital Solutions (m/f/d) who will spearhead initiatives across the organization to implement a comprehensive roadmap aimed at achieving Digital First experiences and operations for SAP. This role is crucial in ensuring that the solutions we create align with customer requirements and business goals, thereby maximizing customer lifetime value and minimizing acquisition costs through digital-first strategies.
Reporting to the SVP of Customer and Digital Experiences, this position will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our Marketing Technology, Business Performance Management, Sales Operations, and IT delivery teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in translating business and customer needs into technological solutions, a solid understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and its integration within the overall Marketing Stack, and profound knowledge of the digital requirements for a SaaS-based product go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Define business requirements across marketing and customer experience for SAP's digital platforms. Develop a unified roadmap for digital solutions in collaboration with marketing, sales, and IT leadership, ensuring alignment with product engineering and IT enterprise architecture. Lead the multi-year transition to AEM Cloud, partnering closely with the IT department. Define the strategy and workstreams, serve as the primary point of contact, and guide the marketing organization in the delivery of AEM Cloud for SAP. Stay informed on the latest trends, maintain a strong grasp of the martech vendor landscape, and provide insights on essential capabilities for our core digital architecture. Collaborate across the organization to identify and define high-impact use cases for our digital roadmap. Establish digital solutions encompassing content supply chain management, web management and delivery, digital asset management, and digital event experiences. Balance business and technical leadership, bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities. Define governance principles and adherence for the 'buy vs. build' strategy within our digital ecosystem. Serve as a senior subject matter expert on cloud-based infrastructure for marketing and customer experience technologies, providing strong technical leadership for AEM Cloud.Qualifications
Proven experience in deploying and/or transitioning from on-premise AEM to AEM Cloud services. Over 10 years of experience in digital experience, marketing technology, Customer Data Platforms, omni-channel personalization, and lead management processes. Strong capability in managing complex organizational delivery and engaging with executive stakeholders. Proficient in communicating with both IT and technical leadership as well as sales and marketing leadership. Experience in the high-tech industry, particularly with SaaS-based products.
