Your Responsibilities:
- Your specialized knowledge is essential at the intersection of clients and the development team: As a seasoned GaN expert, you will provide support and guidance with your in-depth understanding of applications and processes.
- From the main office and on-site, you will ensure customer satisfaction when addressing complex issues - your role will facilitate smooth internal and external communication.
- You will collaborate closely with regional key account managers and process engineers, effectively prioritizing key topics with the relevant experts at headquarters.
- Your analytical skills will be crucial: you will identify important contact and escalation points and coordinate actions for joint development initiatives.
- Share your expertise through tailored training sessions and instructional videos, advancing knowledge transfer with your application notes and maintenance strategies.
- Maintain awareness of the product roadmap, serving as a reliable contributor to project management and technology departments, while continuously enhancing products with your insights.
- Alongside the product manager and laboratory process experts, you will form a cohesive team: together, you will prioritize improvement projects and advance your application area through informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a natural science, complemented by several years of practical experience in GaN, MOCVD, SiC, or GaAs process applications and project management.
- Comprehensive understanding of semiconductor technology and mechanical engineering.
- Adaptability and resilience when facing new challenges.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Quality and process-oriented mindset, with a talent for maintaining clarity in unfamiliar situations.
- Willingness to travel to customer laboratories and production sites (infrequently).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
