Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Vertriebsmanager für unsere Bandanlagen-Abteilung. Als Global Sales Manager werden Sie unsere marktführende Position bei Antriebs- und Automatisierungslösungen für Bandförderanlagen in der Bergbauindustrie ausbauen.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Der weltweite Vertrieb und Innovation steuern, um unsere Position zu stärken.
- Portfoliospezifische Wertversprechen entwickeln und Kunden beraten.
- Das Portfolio mit Businessplänen in enger Kooperation mit unserem Produktmanagement treiben.
- Input für unsere globalen Projektmanagement-Teams liefern, um die erwartete Projektpipeline und benötigte Abwicklungsressourcen zu planen.
- Die globale Vertriebsaufstellung steuern und verbessern.
- Strategische und langfristige Beziehungen zu Kunden, Partnern und Vertriebsregionen stärken.
- Markttrends erfassen und Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Portfoliomaßnahmen ableiten.
- Abgeschlossenes Master-Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Bergbauwissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
- Langjährige Erfahrung (5+ Jahre) in Vertrieb, Geschäftsentwicklung oder Portfoliomanagement.
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Bergbauindustrie, vorzugsweise im Bereich von Bandförderanlagen.
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung mit Antriebstechnik wären wünschenswert.
- Affinität zu Marketing und Unternehmertum.
- Referenzen über Co-Creation mit Kunden zur Innovation.
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachen sind wünschenswert – bevorzugt Spanisch oder Mandarin.
