Your responsibilities.
  • As the Global Sales Leader for Hydrogen Solutions, you will establish the sales organization, mentor team members, and coordinate global efforts to support our market strategy.
  • You will formulate the sales strategy and tactical plans to meet business objectives and drive significant order growth.
  • Collaboration with the Head of Hydrogen and Other Verticals is essential to align business strategies with customer insights and emerging trends in green hydrogen projects.
  • Additionally, you will oversee global team coordination, assess sales volumes, and identify potential target customers while managing CRM for accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Building robust industrial networks and relationships with end users, EPCs, and electrolyzer OEMs will be crucial.
  • You will engage in sales activities aligned with our strategy, exploring and evaluating specific business opportunities within our product and service portfolio.
  • Preparing and negotiating project proposals in collaboration with other professionals and management will be part of your role, contributing to the development of a customer-focused After Sales Service.
Your qualifications.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or automation engineering, complemented by a background in power systems, is essential.
  • You should have at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the process industry, with a clear understanding of the roles of End Users, EPCs, and Product OEMs in project development.
  • Familiarity with hydrogen production via electrolyzers and knowledge of the hydrogen industry and its value chain will enhance your profile.
  • Success in this role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for building connections.
  • We seek a flexible individual who can effectively plan and organize their work and that of a global team, with a customer-centric approach and a keen interest in technological advancements and industry trends.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently is required.
