About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage the development and implementation of marketing materials, including content, campaigns, and analytics
  • Oversee the planning, development, and coordination of key marketing tasks to promote the sale of company products and further the company's sales objectives
  • Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities and assets created
  • Develop complex reports, create content for digital assets, papers, brochures, and videos to measure sales and promotional communications effectiveness
  • Support the evaluation of supplier/vendor relationships
  • Guide the preparation of project and marketing plans and collect and communicate business data
  • Liaise with regional teams to deliver high-impact rollout plans and materials that include verbal and written communication, training, and collateral
Requirements
  • Master's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare, or a related field
  • Many years of professional experience in digital marketing, including experience in discovering and designing customer journeys and working knowledge of digital marketing campaign creation and implementation
  • Working knowledge and several years of experience in implementing state-of-the-art digital marketing concepts, demand generation campaign practices, content management tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Experience in digital campaign project management, managing projects with direct stakeholder collaboration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Well-developed prioritization, organization, and planning skills
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration by providing leadership in a cross-discipline team environment
  • Independent self-starter capable of identifying and completing tasks with a minimum level of supervision
