Business Development Manager for APAC Region

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/Account Manager to join our team in Hamburg, Germany.

As a Business Development/Account Manager for the APAC Region, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base in APAC while fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our current partners. This position is a hybrid role between new business development and account management and requires a good understanding of the gaming industry/ad tech landscape and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, qualify, consult, and onboard new business opportunities with the goal of increasing our market share
* Cultivate in-depth understanding of potential clients' businesses, challenges, objectives in order to create tailored solutions for them
* Demonstrate the value of our products to potential partners
* Represent Exmox at industry events
* Keep our CRM system up to date with information on leads, opportunities, and interactions
* Build and maintain relationships with our partners, you will be their main point of contact for day-to-day communication and their go-to adviser on the intricacies of our product
* Analyze KPIs and performance, preparing reports and presenting data in an understandable way
* Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales target
* Proactively identify optimization and growth opportunities to increase revenues

Requirements:

* You speak Chinese/Mandarin on a native level and are fluent in English
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* High level of analytical skills
* Having a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data to make informed decisions
* Being a self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills
