Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Executive to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a Technical Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for collaborating with and inspiring our most strategic Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) customers as they embark on their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities
  • Develop high-value relationships through a customer-centric approach
  • Define and lead the technical account vision by combining your deep industry know-how with our clients' needs and business strategy
  • Be the customer advocate internally within Autodesk
  • Be the customer's primary Autodesk technical contact for discussion and exploration related to new technologies
  • Lead technical discovery to help uncover projects and use this information to help connect with Autodesk solutions to deliver value
  • Provide insight and guidance to customers by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of process processes, technology trends within the AEC industry and beyond
  • Develop trusted working relationships with the Autodesk extended teams (sales, customer success organisation, global technical sales, marketing, product team)
  • Collaborate with Autodesk resellers to ensure customer success after handover
  • Share best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organisation, product divisions, and technical sales organisation locally and globally
Requirements
  • 2+ years of industry or related experience
  • Degree, education or equivalent work experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry (preferably) or Data and Platform solutions
  • Fluent German and English (both mandatory)
  • Knowledge of the most relevant industry tools for authoring (CAD/BIM) and collaboration (cloud)
  • Experience in or interest in sales-supporting function (e.g., presales)
  • Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect
  • Manage influence through persuasion, and consensus building
  • Teamwork
  • Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities independently
  • Travel up to 30% within the EMEA region
