Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Executive AECO to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our Central Europe team, you will be responsible for collaborating with and inspiring our most strategic Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) customers in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-value relationships with AECO customers through a customer-centric approach.
  • Define and lead the technical account vision by combining industry expertise with customer needs and business strategy.
  • Act as the customer advocate internally within Autodesk.
  • Be the primary technical contact for customers, providing guidance and support related to new technologies.
  • Lead technical discovery to uncover projects and connect customers with Autodesk solutions.
  • Provide expert knowledge of industry processes, technology trends, and Autodesk solutions to customers.
  • Develop trusted relationships with Autodesk teams, including sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Collaborate with resellers to ensure customer success after handover.
  • Share best practices, competitive information, and expertise within the sales organization and globally.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of industry or related experience.
  • Degree, education, or equivalent work experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry (preferably) or Data and Platform solutions.
  • Fluent German and English (both mandatory).
  • Knowledge of industry tools for authoring (CAD/BIM) and collaboration (cloud).
  • Experience in sales-supporting functions (e.g., presales) or interest in sales.
  • Ability to communicate product benefits effectively.
  • Experience managing multiple sales opportunities independently.
  • Travel up to 30% within the EMEA region.
