As we broaden our OEM Marketing initiatives, we are looking for a OEM Advertising Operations Manager (Remote) to enhance our clients' growth through the strategic oversight of our supply partners. This position is perfect for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a customer-focused mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a creative approach to growth.
You will be instrumental in shaping our OEM division, with the opportunity to take full control of the department in the future.
Key Responsibilities- OEM Partnership Development: Establish and nurture essential relationships with our supply partners. Grasp the distinct characteristics of each OEM and their function in the mobile ecosystem to devise customized media strategies that amplify our clients' advertising efforts.
- Campaign Management & Enhancement: Oversee the comprehensive setup of campaigns through MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava) or third-party trackers, collaborating with supply partners to optimize performance and meet client objectives.
- Budget Optimization: Strategically distribute and enhance budgets across various OEM placements. Collaborate closely with supply partners to identify and predict inventory availability across different markets and campaigns.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics. Create detailed reports that deliver actionable insights for ongoing optimization, shared weekly with clients and OEM partners.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work alongside the Head of Growth and the Paid Acquisition team to align OEM campaign objectives with the overall business strategy. Engage in client discussions as necessary.
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile app marketing, advertising operations, or campaign management, with familiarity with OEM platforms (e.g., Xiaomi, Samsung, Appnext, Aura).
- Proficient in MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Kochava) and experienced in setting up trackers, postbacks, events, etc., for OEM platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Sheets or Excel, with experience in data visualization tools considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strategic problem-solving skills with the capacity to navigate and address challenges in the dynamic OEM marketing landscape.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal oversight.
- Preferred: Direct experience in manual campaign optimization on any OEM platform.
