Wir bei Uniper treiben die Energiewende voran und sorgen für Versorgungssicherheit. Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Procurement Manager Sustainable Assets, der unsere Beschaffungsstrategie für nachhaltige Assets unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Enge Abstimmung mit den Geschäftsbereichsleitern, um deren Anforderungen in konkrete Aspekte der Beschaffungsstrategie, der Beschaffungsplanung und des Lieferantenmanagements umzusetzen
  • Aktives strategisches Management von Lieferanten, um einen Mehrwert für unser Unternehmen zu schaffen; z.B. Entwicklung und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Plänen zur Einbindung von Lieferanten, Identifizierung neuer, für die Geschäftsstrategie relevanter Lieferanten, lieferantenbasierte Innovationen, Partnerschaften
  • Verantwortung für strategische Ausschreibungen, einschließlich spezifischer Ausschreibungsstrategien, Ausschreibung und Auswahl von Lieferanten, Aushandlung und Umsetzung von Lieferantenverträgen, z. B. technische Komponenten, technische Dienstleistungen und Rahmenverträge
  • Funktion als Project Procurement Lead (PPL) als Hauptansprechpartner in Uniper-Projekten für alle beschaffungsbezogenen Themen, enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Beschaffungsfunktionen
  • Vorantreiben spezifischer Initiativen zusammen mit den Geschäftsbereichen (z. B. Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation, Sicherheit, Kostenbewusstsein) und Nutzung externer Netzwerke zur Entwicklung neuer Lösungen für die Uniper-Geschäftsbereiche
Dein Profil
  • Ausgezeichneter Abschluss in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen, oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen und in der Energie-, Prozess- oder Chemieindustrie sowie im Beschaffungsmanagement für große Anlagenprojekte
  • Fähigkeit zum überzeugenden Umgang mit einem breiten Spektrum von Ansprechpartnern und mit widersprüchlichen Anforderungen oder funktionsübergreifenden Überschneidungen mit guter analytischer Denkweise und der Fähigkeit, geschäftliche Anforderungen in Beschaffungs- und Lieferantenmanagementanforderungen umzusetzen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mit Interessengruppen umzugehen, einschließlich internationaler Arbeitserfahrung, Verständnis für kulturelle Unterschiede und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in fließendem Englisch erforderlich, Kenntnisse anderer Sprachen, insbesondere Deutsch, wären von Vorteil
