Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales and marketing professional to serve as our Country Manager for Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to drive growth and expansion in Germany.
  • Lead and Support a Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand KIWI's market reach in Germany.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Regulations: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and market developments to ensure KIWI's strategies remain competitive and compliant.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Build Strong Relationships with Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to support business growth and expansion.
  • Analyze Sales Data and Market Research: Analyze sales data and market research to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Represent KIWI at Industry Events: Represent KIWI at industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Related Field: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ Years of Sales or Business Development Experience in E-Cigarette Industry: A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the e-cigarette industry is required.
  • Deep Knowledge of German Market, Regulations, and Consumer Preferences: A deep understanding of the German market, regulations, and consumer preferences is essential.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills are required to manage a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English or Italian: Fluency in German and English or Italian is required to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
