Senior Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our growth and innovation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and market needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute demand generation and inbound marketing strategies to expand our audience and generate high-quality leads.
- Lead the development of content marketing initiatives to foster our brand authority and fuel our growth engine.
- Implement fast, iterative experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies, adapting quickly to the startup environment and responding to rapid changes with agility.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns closely with sales and other departments.
- A proven track record as a marketing leader in a B2B software/tech environment, with experience targeting mid-market and enterprise clients, ideally those with technical personas (product, development, finance), across EU and US markets.
- A deep understanding of growth marketing, including demand generation, inbound, outbound, and content strategies to fuel the marketing engine, with knowledge of product and brand marketing a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience leading marketing teams, with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales and product teams.
- High standards for yourself and your team, coupled with a growth mindset.
- Must be based within EU time zones (non-negotiable requirement), with a comfort level for remote work.
