Strategic Sales Leader

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in steering the expansion of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include refining our sales approaches, pinpointing significant markets, and securing new clientele.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Refining sales strategies, identifying target sectors, and recognizing potential clients
- Planning and executing outbound initiatives
- Overseeing the sales pipeline
- Managing lead generation sources
- Collaborating with the Client Strategy Team for up-selling and cross-selling efforts
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and/or software development
- Proven track record in selling software solutions or comparable technical products
- Self-motivated, proactive work ethic with a strong customer focus
- Technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly
- Capability to lead presales and presentation teams
- Willingness to travel and engage in events beyond the main office
