In our Competence Center focused on Sales, Marketing & Pricing, we provide guidance to clients across various sectors on performance enhancement and strategic direction in the areas of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). You will engage in dynamic projects that encompass Sales & Marketing Transformation, Service Enhancement, Customer Experience Management, digital sales initiatives, Commercial Steering, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Topline Excellence, and Pricing strategies.
Your responsibilities include:
- Consultative Approach: Leverage your knowledge to foster success for our clients, offering strategic insights from operational staff to executive leadership.
- Project Leadership: Oversee a variety of projects centered on Sales & Marketing Transformation, Service Enhancement, Customer Experience Management, digital sales, CRM, and Pricing from initial concept through to execution.
- Sales, Marketing & Pricing Development: Create innovative solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Future-Oriented Strategy: Propel sustainable growth and enhance client relationships by securing new projects and connections.
- Leadership: Assume leadership roles within project teams based on your expertise.
