Global Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Accounting Manager to join our team at CTG Consulting GmbH. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting Process Management: Oversee and optimize our accounting processes to ensure compliance with international standards (IFRS, German GAAP) and national regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Collaborate with our Group Tax Manager and local tax advisors to ensure global tax compliance.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Coordinate the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements with our team.
- Senior Finance Team Activities: Participate in the development of our finance strategy and drive relevant initiatives as part of our finance roadmap.
- Auditor Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for our auditors and coordinate tasks related to tax audits.
- Cash Management: Oversee cash management, including the organization of regular payment runs and administration of bank accounts.
- Professional Qualification: Hold a professional certification such as CPA, tax advisor, or similar.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading accounting teams and international accounting.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of national and international accounting standards, experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, effective communication skills, and high problem-solving skills.
