Global Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Project work, particularly support in the transfer and optimization of existing accounting to the SAGE accounting system;
- Accounting for scientific associations, including membership management;
- Preparation of financial reports and support for budget managers in project budgets for our clients;
- Support for association managers in interpreting financial reports;
- Function as a contact person for auditors;
- Monitoring of cash flow, processing of invoices, including the debt collection process.
- Completed commercial training, study, or comparable training;
- Knowledge of balance sheet accounting according to HGB and international standards (IFRS);
- Fluent English in writing and speaking;
- Interest in working with non-profit associations and willingness to learn more about our association clients;
- Customer-oriented, with project management experience;
- High level of self-initiative, willingness to learn, and developed communication skills;
- Office with good public transportation connections;
