Senior Manager of Automotive Delivery

Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Automotive Delivery will be responsible for leading the delivery of services to a group of Mobica Automotive customers. This includes ongoing relationship management, revenue and margin conversion, and planning, implementation, and delivery of services performed and delivered by Mobica Onshore and Offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities
  • Be directly responsible for renewing and expanding a book of business
  • Follow market trends and propose improvements to customers
  • Track customer satisfaction and arrange regular service delivery reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Provide and implement correction programs to improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of Project and Program Managers to the successful delivery of services
  • Cooperate with other departments to achieve common, strategic Mobica goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven customer management experience leading to account growth, retention, and overcoming challenges and objections
  • In-depth understanding of the Automotive Sector and Technologies
  • Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for clients
  • Proficiency with the German language, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations, direct debates, and shape outcomes
  • Proven success in a self-managed environment with high attention to detail and great organizational/time management skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects
  • Extensive emotional intelligence, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, externally and internally
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Technical background within the software service industry will be an additional value
