Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager of Automotive Delivery to join our team at Mobica. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our automotive delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our automotive customers, understanding their needs and priorities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to renew and expand our book of business.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track customer satisfaction and arrange regular service delivery reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Lead a team of Project and Program Managers to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer management, leading to account growth, retention, and overcoming challenges.
  • In-depth understanding of the automotive sector and technologies.
  • Strong consulting skills and proven results as a trusted advisor.
  • Proficiency in the German language, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations, direct debates, and shape outcomes.
  • Proven success in a self-managed environment with high attention to detail and great organizational/time management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects.
  • Extensive emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, externally and internally.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management.
  • Technical background within the software service industry is an asset.
