About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at FERCHAU Automotive GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects in the automotive industry, with a focus on vehicle development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and manufacturing
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in German and English
