VP of Automotive Delivery - German Market
Overview:
The VP of Automotive Delivery will oversee the management of relationships and the execution of services for a portfolio of Mobica Automotive clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring revenue growth and margin optimization within designated accounts, as well as orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of services by Mobica's Onshore and Offshore teams. Responsibilities include negotiating, implementing, and monitoring Quality of Service and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established during the contract phase. The Customer Success Manager will actively seek opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients at all organizational levels to fully understand their needs and priorities.
- Take direct responsibility for renewing and expanding existing business accounts.
- Monitor market trends and recommend areas for improvement to clients.
- Assess customer satisfaction through regular service delivery reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Implement corrective measures to elevate customer satisfaction levels.
- Lead a team of Project and Program Managers to ensure successful service delivery.
- Have the opportunity to shape and direct the Customer Success team.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve strategic objectives of Mobica.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in customer management leading to account growth and retention.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Automotive Sector and its technologies.
- Strong consulting capabilities with a proven track record as a trusted advisor to enhance business value for clients.
- Fluency in the German language, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage escalations, facilitate discussions, and influence outcomes.
- Success in a self-directed environment with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational/time management skills.
- Experience in driving complex strategies and projects to successful completion.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies.
- A technical background in the software service industry is advantageous.
