We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager of Automotive Delivery to join our team at Mobica. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our automotive delivery services.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our automotive customers, understanding their needs and priorities.
- Develop and execute strategies to renew and expand our book of business.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track customer satisfaction and arrange regular service delivery reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Lead a team of Project and Program Managers to deliver high-quality services.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer management, leading to account growth, retention, and overcoming challenges.
- In-depth understanding of the automotive sector and technologies.
- Strong consulting skills and proven results as a trusted advisor.
- Proficiency in the German language, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations, direct debates, and shape outcomes.
- Proven success in a self-managed environment with high attention to detail and great organizational/time management skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving complex strategies and projects.
- Extensive emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, externally and internally.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
- Advanced knowledge of project management.
- Technical background within the software service industry is an asset.
