Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative wire harness solutions for OEMs and automotive suppliers.
  • Utilize 3D design software to create intricate wire harness layouts and secure fastening elements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and procurement, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, delivering exceptional results within defined parameters.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and packaging analyses to optimize wire harness integration and performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and presentations to effectively communicate technical information.

Your Qualifications:

  • A solid educational background in electrical or mechatronics engineering.
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of wire harness design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and related design tools.
