We are seeking a skilled Solution Consultant with fluent German language proficiency to join our Solution Consulting team and contribute to our exciting journey.
Your MissionAs a Solution Consultant at Prewave, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Engaging throughout the sales lifecycle to secure strategic accounts.
- Acting as the value selling expert to communicate Prewave's vision to potential customers.
- Conducting workshops for clients that showcase value stories, return on investment scenarios, and calculations.
- Demonstrating the product for both standard and customized solutions to prospects and existing clients, managing demo environments, and enhancing the data utilized.
- Assisting in the preparation of prospect bids and tenders, including requests for information, quotations, and proposals (RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs) in collaboration with sales and IT teams.
- Creating and maintaining the master document for all RFIs, addressing application, technical, IT security, and commercial inquiries.
- Engaging with current customers to gather information on their business and technical requirements, identifying their needs, and designing suitable solutions alongside our customer success team.
- Ensuring cross-departmental collaboration and refining our unique selling proposition.
- Staying informed about product developments and releases, creating additional training materials for key clients, managing demo environments, and improving the data used.
- Traveling to attend on-site customer meetings and trade shows as necessary.
- Master's degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting sales or a value selling role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or Python.
- Experience with APIs, SaaS, and Restful API software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to working independently.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with native-level German and professional-level English.
- A valid work permit for Germany.
- Experience working with supply chain, procurement, and IT departments.
- Capability to collaborate with customers and partners to implement plans for a successful go-live.
- A highly motivated and energetic team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
